Oh my! It's 7:30pm, but I made it!
My new verse is II Corinthians 4:17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
Luke 6:45 'the good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.' (ESV)
No worries, Deb! Thanks for always remembering to post each time. :) I am continuing with my Ephesians 4 passage... "And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption." Ephesians 4:30, NIV
So glad for this nudge every couple weeks to keep me learning the Word! Still working on reviewing my Ephesians 1 passage, but now learning new verses for our women's study this fall in Acts: "And Peter said to them, 'Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and for you children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to Himself.' " Acts 2:38-39
I'm going to choose the verse my 4 year old is learning at church this month.
“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV
Zephaniah 3:17 The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
Malachi 3:6 For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed.
Ahh! Been memorizing this but forgot to post! “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
Luke 6:45 'the good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.' (ESV)

Why my soul are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my savior and my God.
